I give consent to the event organiser, ADES, to use my personal data to register me and contact me regarding my attendance.

I give consent to the event organiser, ADES, to use my personal data to register and carry out the necessary administrative and planning activities for the event which includes but is not limits to the taking of attendance and collection of the registration fee (if applicable), and facilitating my (CPE) points with the relevant professional bodies.

In attending the Emerge Webinars and having the video-on-demand access, I acknowledged and agreed that the Emerge Platform will have access to my name and email address.
